All done...

I have been doing Project 365 on Flick for the past year....the idea is to take a self-portrait every day for 3656 consecutive days.  It gets the creative juices flowing, gives you a chance to pick up your camera everyday, and really helps you to document your year in a unique way.

I'm pretty happy with my last day!

I had the afternoon free, so I drove up to Estes Park for a little photo shoot. The drive up there is absolutely gorgeous! Hopefully I will have more to upload soon!

Changing of the Aspens...

The changing of the aspens is a magical time in Colorado - so golden! Luke and I went up to the mountains for my birthday and spent the day shooting photos and enjoying spending time with one another. It was lovely!

I got a new lens the other day, a macro lens!! :) I'm very excited about it - it's pretty sweet! These are my first attempts at some macro......more to come, I assure you!

Democratic National Convention - Denver, CO

The Democratic National Convention was held in Denver this past week. I wasn't able to catch the historical acceptance speech in person, but I was lucky enough to go downtown twice and catch some of the action wit my camera. I walked around for hours both times, just shooting anything and everything that looked interesting. This event sure brought the characters and the crazys out of the woodwork! It was an amazing experience though - you could feel the electricity in the air!
