My extremely brave husband Luke was just recently diagnosed with stage 1 colon cancer. He had a shot of chemotherapy while in surgery to remove the growth, and this morning he woke up with patches of his hair missing. Part of his eyebrow was gone, as well as patches of his hair and his beard. He had testicular cancer over 10 years ago, so knew that he was most likely going to lose his hair, but it was still a bit of a shock. I still think he is the most handsome man I've ever seen :) I love you sweetheart.
Could Gianna look any more excited? ;)
My little Roman :) I babysit him and his sister all the time, and they are such fun! He's my husband's little cousin, so I guess that makes him my cousin by marriage. Whatever it is, he's family for sure!
Roman has this tendency to twirl his hair every time he drinks. It's hilarious, and I was so glad to capture it :)
These were taken in Nederland, CO cemetery - Luke and I went for a drive and explored the town a little! The cemetery is beautiful - it's high up on a hill, overlooking a town. It's in a little bit of shambles - some of the tombstones are broken and the grass is really high (as you'll see in the first photo!), but it is extremely tranquil and serene....a beautiful resting place...
